The Seattle-King County NAACP, under leadership of President Carolyn Riley-Payne, is co-hosting with Public Health Seattle King County a much-needed free Mental Health Day this Saturday, July 11th, for communities impacted by COVID-19 and police violence.

This is a resource for the Black community in King County to access services in person or online, either for mental health counseling or to find more information on available services. You are welcome to come in person or sign up online for 30 minute sessions from 2pm to 5pm July 11th. In person sessions will be at the Emerald City Community Seventh Day Adventist Church 801 25th Avenue Seattle, WA 98122. Masks and social distancing required. Covid-19 testing will also be available on site. To reserve a secure online zoom session email Norilyn.DelaPena@kingcounty.gov.
